Oregon’s sanctioned discrimination against Black Americans, and its historic determination to become a white homeland.

I’ve never really understood exactly what gentrification is.  I’ve had a lot of people explain it so I generally understand but it’s been a question in my mind for some years now.  I think it’s hard for me to relate and understand because I don’t have a home town, I’m not from one place, and for me if I was pushed out of an area I by my nature and the nature of my heritage would just pick up and move on.  I think this project is really amazing and I think it will really help explain the complexities of this subject.  I really hope they reach their goal so please check it out, share, donate if you can or forward to friends who may be interested!  I think this is a great topic to be discussing and putting effort towards understanding.  ~poeina
